Vidyasagar Institute is managed by 3 highly qualified, international experienced, Ex-Ramakrishna Mission, Narendrapur College Students. Management Team will also take regular classes physically or ON-LINE.
The Management Team will prepare the well planned academic calendar based on their International Experience and strictly implement and closely monitor this calendar.

2. Teaching Methodology
Our teaching process differs from any other science coaching centers in West Bengal as we believe that teaching is the craftsmanship of assisting discovery. We consider involvement of the student important, as it is sheer involvement which helps the student learn. We aim to equip the knowledge thirsty brains of the country / abroad with an impeccable know- how. Success depends upon previous preparation, and without such preparation there is sure to be failure.
Audio visual classes shall be arranged for bringing about clarity in difficult portions.

Regular classes will be taken by 5 qualified and experienced full time teachers. They will be available after normal class hours to clear any doubt from any students.

Regular ON-LINE classes will be conducted by highly qualified professors / Teachers / Professional from Kolkata / USA / Germany / Dubai etc.

5. Study Material & Test Series
​
Specifically designed study materials and test question papers by subject experts from Outside agency on the latest pattern of Board / Entrance exams are provided as per course splitted format for continuous improvement of student. The following regular exam will be conducted as minimum.

• Weekly and Monthly Test will be conducted for each chapter and analysis / discussion will be done with each student.
• Minimum 4 FULL SYLLABUS MOCK-TEST will be conducted for Class 10 & Class 12 students (1 before Test Exam & 3 before Board Exam)
• Minimum 3 FULL SYLLABUS MOCK-TEST will be conducted for Class 9 & Class 11 students (1 before Half- Yearly Exam & 2 before Annual Exam)
• Minimum 5 FULL SYLLABUS MOCK-TEST will be conducted for JEE/NEET.
6. Doubt Clearing Classes
The objective of doubt clearing classes is to provide additional attention and care to the students and very few coaching center in India will provide this. It helps those students who couldn’t understand a concept at first which is now affecting their performance. It will also help those students who hesitate to ask/discuss their doubts in the normal classes.

Doubt clearing class will be taken by highly experienced professors/teachers. These classes will be arranged outside our academic window. Subject wise special workshop and seminars are also the routine part of academics where the eminent faculties are providing all major information, tips and tricks and specific techniques to crack the high end of professional examination.

9. Scholarships
A large number of scholarships will be provided which is better than any reputed coaching center in Kolkata / India.
10 numbers poor and brilliant students’ full year tuition fees (Rs. 2.4 lakh/yr) shall be sponsored by Mr. Raja Chakraborty, a renowned professional from Kolkata / Dubai.
Apart from this, more than Rs. 1 lakh/yr merit scholarships to 10 brilliant students will be provided.
